Our Offerors' data is reviewed and verified by an editorial committee before being published on the platform, so that the platform only contains content relevant to Georent.cl's purpose.

Georent.cl does not sell our Offerors' personal information. We use the highest security standards to protect your data. Note that when contacting a listing, the Offeror voluntarily provides their information to the potential customers seeking their property or service.
4. Retention
Georent.cl will only store information from content published by Offerors for as long as its storage has a legal basis and has not expired. Data is considered expired when it is no longer current under the law of the territory where it was provided, or upon the expiration of the period set for its validity, or upon a change in the facts or circumstances it records.
Registration
When an Offeror registers on Georent.cl, a user record is created that allows them to operate on our web platform to upload content for publication, subject to prior verification by the editorial committee. With this information we seek to offer an experience suited to the needs of our Users, so that our services are as useful and beneficial as possible.
Georent.cl reserves the right to suspend services or disable the accounts of those who provide false or inaccurate information, or who fail to comply with the Privacy Statement or the web platform's Terms and Conditions.
User Rights
Offerors registered as Users of Georent.cl are entitled to:
- Access their personal information.
- Correct their personal information if it is inaccurate.
- Have their personal information kept confidential.
- Request not to be sent advertising, offers and promotions.
- Request that their personal information not be used for purposes other than the use of Georent.cl's content platforms.
- File complaints with the competent authority regarding how we handle their personal information.
If, due to a legal obligation or compliance with a term of the privacy policy, we must retain part of the personal information of our Users whose deletion has been requested, we will do so once the relevant requirements have been met.
