πŸ“’ Publishing on GeoRent

You need an account to publish a listing. If you haven't signed in, the "Publish" button will first take you to sign in or create an account.

The listing wizard, in 4 steps

1

Listing type

Choose between Whole property and Lodging, Camping, Services and Trades, Food and Dining, Events, Tourism or Sports Centers. If you choose Services, you also select the subcategory: Trade, Entertainment, Food or Business.
2

Images

Upload up to 5 photos in PNG or JPG format that represent your listing well.
3

Information

The fields vary depending on the type you chose, but generally include:

  • Title, description and address (with an interactive map).
  • For Property and Lodging: whether it's a whole property or a room, bedrooms, bathrooms and beds (or capacity and bathroom type for rooms), amenities and daily price.
  • For Camping: site amenities and daily price.
  • For Events: event category, start date (required) and, optionally, start time, end date and end time.
  • For Food and Dining: cuisine type(s).
  • For Tourism: experience type(s).
  • For Sports Centers: disciplines and facilities.
  • Contact phone and name (required), and website, Facebook and Instagram (optional).

If a required field is missing, the wizard tells you exactly what to complete before moving on.

Publish

Review the summary with all your details, accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and press "PUBLISH".

What happens after you publish

Your listing is set to "Under review" until the editorial committee reviews it. If approved, it becomes visible on the map right away. If rejected, you'll see the reason in "My listings" (for example, incomplete information, low-quality photos, imprecise location, or content that doesn't comply with the Terms and Conditions). Either way you'll get a πŸ”” notification on GeoRent, and the committee may also message you on WhatsApp for more details.

Manage your listings

In My listings you can see the status of each one and edit them. If you published a Property or a Camping listing, you'll also find "πŸ“… Manage availability" there to mark the days it's unavailable.

If you edit sensitive fields β€” title, description, address, price, or (for an Event listing) category, date or time β€” your listing goes through editorial review again before showing on the map. Other changes (photos, contact phone, social media, etc.) are saved without needing a new review.
